Job Description:
Jaffer Agro Services Pvt Ltd is looking to hire a passionate, energetic, and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager for the Sahiwal region.
Job Purpose;
The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the regional sales team by enabling and developing Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) to maximize sales performance, new product development (NPD), and promotional activities across the region. The role also focuses on strengthening market visibility, enhancing retailer engagement, and achieving regional sales KPIs and annual business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess territory-wise market potential and dealer networks to support market expansion across the region.
- Collaborate with TSOs in planning and forecasting sales targets and territory-level activities.
- Develop and implement action plans and dealer strategies to achieve sales targets across 5–6 territories while ensuring delivery of assigned sales and field KPIs.
- Monitor sales forecasts and conduct regular performance reviews with regional teams to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and train team members by fostering a high-performance and result-driven culture.
Required Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Strong leadership, analytical, and customer-focused approach
Qualification:
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture / MBA in Sales & Marketing
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Agri Sales or a related industry
