Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support decision making and drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in our head office in Karachi, Pakistan. Key Responsibilities: - Develop financial plans and budgets in collaboration with the management team - Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvement - Conduct financial analysis on new business opportunities and provide insights to support decision making - Work closely with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide support in achieving their targets - Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement - Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting - Provide support during audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements - Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to financial plans Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agriculture industry - Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software - Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines - Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Dynamic and collaborative work environment - Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices If you are passionate about finance and agriculture and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
