Jaffer Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Territory Sales Officer to join our Pesticides Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for agriculture graduates with fresh to 6 months of experience to gain valuable field experience in the agricultural sector.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
• Assist in market expansion and demand generation at the farmer level.
• Support field activities, including conducting product demonstrations and farm visits.
• Help in tracking and ensuring product visibility and shelf availability.
• Assist in market surveys and sales reporting.

Required Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and agricultural products.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for planning).
